
Working on some odd ball ‘projects’ at the moment but thought that you all may enjoy an old article that I had posted on my old blogger blog before goggle had decided to cause issues for me. Hobo – Thanks for the article. This reminds me of the culling I saw last year at The Ranch, and is almost a word for word description of how it went down.
I do have the opportunity to transfer at some point from Product (A)Isle, and they do have a butcher shop. More training of course, but might be interesting if I decide to stay for a while.
